Responsibilities
- Triage and troubleshoot problems. Attempt to solve. Escalate to another team if you can’t solve it immediately
- Look through logs, databases, applications to find the problem/root cause
- Automate or improve processes by developing scripts, code/apps
Qualifications
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information
- People skills (good communication, approachable, good energy, handles stressful situations, etc.)
- Problem solver: can use log files, read through KSH or other language scripts, trace an IT workflow and find the issue. (Does not need to code)
- Monitoring tool experience nice to have
- Control-m & scripting skills nice to have
- ServiceNow experience nice to have
- AWS experience nice to have
- Development skills nice to have
